Our Graduate Programme
Meteor’s Graduate development programme is designed to recruit and cultivate a number of graduates each year. Our programme assists graduates in transitioning from campus life to working full time and focuses on:
- Formal training in the areas of job specific skills and personal development
- A mentoring programme pairing a graduate with a Meteor employee
- Job rotations that allow graduate-hires to experience a variety of areas in our business in addition to their specialist area
- Informal learning opportunities through work based projects and ongoing coaching as part of the performance management system
We seek applications each autumn, advertising on campus and in newspapers with most of the main colleges as well as on the jobs section of this website.
Some feedback from out most recent assessment centre:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the chance I was given in the graduate development program interviews yesterday. I was very impressed with what I seen of the organisation and the organisation culture. Meteor to me seems to be a very energetic and fun organisation and one which I would be honoured to work for in either a marketing capacity or any other aspect of the business.
I was made to feel very comfortable during my interview which I felt shows the type of company Meteor is. As I discussed in my interview of doing an innovation project or any other of my projects mentioned I would be happy to send a copy of them if you wish. I am looking forward to hearing from you and hope that the news will be positive.
Sincerely
Dermot Healy
