Induction

Our commitment to our newest team members begins by providing them with induction training. All new team members attend a 1 day programme designed to give them information on our company to help them understand better our company and the kind of environment they will be working in. They will be provided with information on the company’s Mission and Values, our company's Vision and Goals and how each new member fits into this Strategy.

Job Specific Learning

Meteor is a very fast paced and dynamic environment where change is a normal way of life. Every employee is afforded on the job learning opportunities on a continuous basis. We also provide job specific learning to all employees to ensure that each person is competent and committed enough to achieve and excel at business objectives while also eqipping them with skills and knowledge to help them develop from a career management perspective.

Leadership Development

Meteor is very committed to providing Leadership Development to all employees who are in a leadership role in our company as we believe that Leadership is the necessary component to help us drive our company forward. Our goal is to develop managers who understand and take responsibility for the development of others, and in doing so contribute to our growth and success.

Employee Development

We offer job specific training and employee development programmes to all employees as identified through training-needs analyses, individual learning and development objectives identified in conjunction with their managers through our performance management process.
